May 10 Congratulation to the Free Agents lead by Jerry Urias and Joe Smith.  The Free agent beat Special Ed in the championship game and repeated as the Southern California Tournament Champions.  In the B- Division newcomer Paul Jones and his OC homies beat the Pasadena Bombers to take the B-Divions title back to Orange County.

April 25, 2008 Congratulations to the Pasadena League Champions: Lockdown ran away with the A-Division. Bombers took the B-Division and look forward to matching up with Lockdown in the future. Injury Prone stayed healthy enough to take home the hardware in the C-Division.

Congratulations, Southern California Tournament Championship Winners

Goin' Deep seaon finale saw two first time season ending champions. In the A-division the Dream Team lead by Jerry Urias who finally after 10 plus years won his first Goin' Deep Championship and In the B-Division Rubin Sanchez's Bad Boys from Riverside shocked the world finishing ahead of both, the Bruins and Grumpy Old Men to take home the Lombardi Trophy.

Garden Grove, CA

The No.1 Bruins a week ago sat alone at the top of Garden Grove League.

The Bruins must have been reading there own press clippings as they showed up to last weeks games. The Bruins coming in from Riverside, CA got into the carpool lane put their ride in cruise control and forgot to take it off, once the game started. They let “Jason 5”, lead by last seasons MVP Jason Gibbon run wild, JR and Mikeeee stood there looking at each other wondering how an out of shape Dominic “Pillsbury” Vittori could still get open.  By the time the Bruins realized what hit them the accusation started coming, “The fix is in” said Steve Bradley (complaining about the calls) with a shattered “S” on the back of his jersey. The league record holding fleet foot QB Shane “You Beta Tell Somebody” Francis could not be found for comment after the loss to Jason 5.  Fortunately the Bruins get their rubber match against Jason 5 Monday Night. I look forward the seeing a much better performance from the Bruins. Chuch “6 Degrees of Reality” Bradley: If You Are Running With Your Hands Up In The Air and The QB’s Forward Progress Hits Your Hands, even though their up in the air. IT’S ROUGHFING THE PASSER!
